摘 要:用ISSR和AFLP分子标记手段,分析中国北方薯区主要育种亲本的遗传差异,初步构建中国北方薯区甘薯育种核心亲本。根据育种亲本之间的遗传相似系数,结合综合农艺性状,分别构建以高淀粉、食用和综合性状为育种目标的核心亲本群,所构建的核心亲本群分别保持了供试品种多态性条带93.61%、94.12%和93.73%的遗传多样性。利用核心亲本群配制授粉组合,选择出后代入选率高的重点组合。Sixty-two parents of sweetpotato frequently used in northern China were analyzed using inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR) and amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) markers to understand their genetic differences for core parents construction in northern China preliminary.The core parent groups for high starch content,edible usage and multiple uses were constructed based on the genetic similarity coefficient among the tested cultivars and their integrated agricultural characteristics.The polymorphic bands of 93.61%,94.12%,and 93.73% were retained in the 3 core parent groups respectively.The controlled crossings were carried out among the core parents in the same group,and the fine combinations were selected with higher selecting rates.
