摘  要:以烤烟K326为试验材料,分别种植在河南平顶山和云南玉溪,研究2生态区烤烟叶片发育过程中色素、降解产物含量变化规律和色素合成途径中关键酶基因表达变化规律。结果表明,在叶片发育前期,河南烤烟中类胡萝卜素和叶绿素的含量接近甚至高于云南烤烟的水平,在发育后期,河南烤烟中类胡萝卜素和叶绿素含量明显减少,远远低于云南烤烟水平;云南烟叶色素降解多于河南烟叶的降解。质体色素合成关键酶基因随叶片发育表达量呈现总体降低趋势,云南烤烟中诸基因的表达强度均高于河南烤烟的相应时期,尤其是在发育后期,河南烤烟色素合成相关基因的表达呈陡降趋势。In this study,taking the tobacco cultivar K326 as experimental material,the regularity of changes and difference of chlorophyll and carotenoid content and its degradation and its biosynthesis key enzyme genes expression was studied in Yunnan and Henan flue-cured tobacco leaves during the leaf development stage.The results showed that: in the early leaf development stage,plastid pigment content of Henan flue-cured tobacco was near to even higher than flue-cured tobacco in Yunnan.However,Henan flue-cured tobacco plastid pigment content is far lower than that in Yunnan.Tobacco pigment of Yunnan degradation was more than that of Henan.And its key enzyme genes expression showed the overall decreasing trend,and the key enzyme genes expression in Yunnan flue-cured tobacco is higher than that in Henan in the same stage,especially in the later stage,it began a sharp decline.
