摘  要:选用产自陕北黄土高原的菘蓝种子,用盆栽称量控水法,研究水分胁迫对菘蓝幼苗生长和生理特性的影响。研究发现,随着干旱胁迫程度的加深,菘蓝叶片长度、宽度均受到明显的抑制,根冠比明显增大,Pro、可溶性糖、超氧阴离子含量均有所升高,类胡萝卜素含量下降。同时,在同一水分水平下,随胁迫时间的延续,可溶性蛋白、Vc、类胡萝卜素含量均先下降后升高;叶片保护酶SOD、CAT、POD活性上下波动;超氧阴离子、可溶性糖含量逐渐升高。研究结果认为,土壤干旱明显抑制菘蓝生长,同时其保护酶系统和渗透调节物质能够快速变化以适应外部环境,维持植株的正常生理代谢功能,因此,菘蓝具有较强的抗旱能力。In order to determine the effect of water stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of Isatis tindigotica Fort,collected from the loess plateau,water contents in pots was controlled by weighting.The results showed that with the increase of degree of water stress,length and width of the leaf decreased,but root-shoot ratio of Isatis tindigotica Fort,the contents of proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein,superoxide anion increased.And under a specified water contents,the contents of soluble protein,Vc,carotenoid decreased firstly then increased,the activity of SOD,CAT,and POD fluctuated,the contents of superoxide anion and soluble sugar increased,with the increase of time.Above all,we conclude that water stress reduced the growth of Isatis tindigotica Fort,and the antioxident enzyme system and osmoregulation substances in Isatis tindigotica Fort could also changed rapidly to adapt to the environmental stress in order to maintain the normal function of physiological metabolism.
