摘  要:花器官发育B组基因缺失导致花瓣萼片化、雄蕊心皮化的同源异型突变,由此引起的雄性不育性稳定、彻底,是一种极为理想的雄性不育类型。不结球白菜新型雄性不育系HGMS(Homeotic Genic Male Ster-ile line)就是利用雄蕊心皮化突变性状选育的新型细胞核雄性不育系。本文以HGMS系内可育株和不育株分别与4个优良自交系配制组合,研究了雄蕊心皮化性状对F1代杂种产量以及农艺性状的负效应;以包括HGMS在内的5个不育系与4个优良自交系配制5×4不完全双列杂交组合,用GGE双标图分析法对各不育系产量和农艺性状进行综合评价。结果表明,HGMS雄蕊心皮化性状并未引起F1代杂种产量和农艺性状的显著负效应;HGMS不育系在产量性状上具有较高的一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA),是一个优良的雄性不育系,可用于强优势组合的选配。另外,HGMS较好的亲本区分能力和代表性,表明它还是很好的测试亲本。When class-B gene of floral development lost,petals transformed into sepals and stamens into carpels,created a stable and complete male sterility.Using stamen carpelloid identity,a new male sterile line HGMS(Homeotic Genic Male Sterile line) of non-heading Chinese cabbage was bred.In order to reveal the negative effects of stamen carpelloid trait to yield and agronomical characters of its F1 generations,the fertile and sterile plants from HGMS crossed with four fine inbred lines,respectively.Furthermore,the 5×4 incomplete diallel crosses were made between five male sterile lines including HGMS and four inbred lines,their yield and agronomical characters were evaluated generally by GGE bioplot analysis.The results showed that the stamen carpelloid character does not cause significant negative effect to its F1 generations.And the HGMS is a better male sterile line with higher GCA and SCA in yield character,and can be used to breed higher yield hybrids.In addition,the HGMS also is a fine female tester due to its better separating capacity and representativeness.
