摘  要:基于灵敏度方程,论述了电压无功分区控制中的可控性问题,指出不选取中枢点的电压无功分区控制系统是不完全可控系统。给出了中枢点选取的原则,并采用进化策略法进行中枢点的选择。该法从群体出发搜索而非一个起始点,故可使搜索越过函数谷峰来寻找最优点;利用目标函数信息引导搜索方向,无需导数信息,可以处理非平滑、非连续、不可导函数的优化问题;对不同类型变量采用不同变异函数,应用概率转移规则引导搜索,而不是确定性原则,在处理大规模系统组合优化时有着明显的优越性。IEEE 39节点标准系统的枢纽点选取结果和传统算法结果一致,检验了方法的有效性。The controllability of secondary voltage control system is discussed based on sensitivity equations.It is pointed out that,without the pilot bus selection,the partitioning control system of voltage and reactive power is not completely controllable.The principle of pilot bus selection based on evolutionary strategy is presented.The evolutionary strategy algorithm starts search from the colony instead of the individual,so the extremes can be passed.The information implicated in the object function is used to guide the search direction,so the discontinuous,unsmooth or non-differentiable functions can be optimized.Different variable functions are applied to different types of variable,that is,the probability rule instead of the definitive rule is used to conduct the search,obviously superior in large scale combinatorial optimization.The method has been evaluated and validated on the IEEE 39-bus system.
