摘　　要：客观分析中国共产党在抗日根据地的局部执政中所进行的民主政权建设、经济建设、文化建设及党的自身建设等方面的探索和实践,并指出了抗战时期中国共产党局部执政的历史经验。Analyzing the local governance of CPC＇s exploration and practice of democratic regime building,economic construction,cultural construction and party building in the anti-Japanese base areas objectively,pointing out the local governance of CPC＇s historical experience during the Anti-Japanese War.
