摘  要:研究在不同浓度NaCl溶液的胁迫下对水稻幼苗生长的影响.利用浓度分别为0.001mol/L,0.002mol/L,0.003mol/L,0.004mol/L0,.005mol/L,0.006mol/L,0.007mol/L的NaCl溶液处理水稻幼苗,测定水稻幼苗的生长量、生物量指标.研究表明:不同浓度的盐胁迫对水稻幼苗生物量均有不同程度的抑制作用,浓度越高,抑制作用越显著.盐胁迫对水稻幼苗地上和地下部分生物量的抑制作用,其影响是地上部分大于地下部分.轻度盐胁迫对水稻幼苗的生长影响较小,高浓度盐胁迫对水稻幼苗的株高、根长、叶长、叶宽、叶表面积等生长量的增长抑制明显,呈下降趋势,其中叶面积减小尤为显著.This paper studies the impact of salt stress on the growth of rice seedlings in different solutions whose concentration degrees are 0.001mol/L,0.002mol/L,0.003mol/L,0.004mol/L,0.005mol/L,0.006mol/L,0.007mol/L,the growth amount and biomass indexes were determined.Different concentrations of salt stress restrain the growth of rice seedlings differently,the higher the concentration is,the more obvious the restraint is.Salt stress affects the rice seedlings both on ground part and underground part,and it affects the ground part more than the underground part.Light salt stress affects the seedling less,while high concentration of salt stress affects the height,root length,leaf length and width,and leaf surface area greatly and tend to decline,among which leaf surface area's reduction is obvious.
