摘　　要：针对目前普通高校体育特招生在政策法规不健全、利益驱动、招生工作缺乏透明度等法制建设和管理上的问题,提出合理化建议,旨在推动高校体育工作的规范化和法制化运行,以保障高校体育发展得到实效有力的法律监管。The work of university special recruitment for sports talent doesn＇t only concern with the sports talent cultivation,but also reflects the healthy development of Chinese university sports laws and regulations.In the light of hot issues on law construction and management,e.g.the law rules are unsound and distempered;the happening of malpractice is driven by interest;there is not enough transparency in the recruitment,this article puts forward some reasonable analysis and advices,aiming at bringing the Chinese university sports work into standard and regularized operation,as well as ensuring the development of Chinese university sport supervised effectively by law.
