不同敏感型一品红品种对^(60)Co γ线辐照诱变的生理响应

摘　　要：选用敏感性不同的4个一品红品种为试材,研究不同辐照剂量(0、10、20 Gy)的60Co γ射线辐照处理对一品红扦插苗5个生理指标的影响。结果表明:4个供试品种的生理指标均受到辐射诱变的影响,各品种因敏感性不同而随辐射剂量的增加呈现完全不同的变化趋势。The effects of different 60Co γ-rays irradiation doses（0,10,20 Gy） on the five physiological indexes in the leaves of four Euphorbia pulcherrima cultivars with different radiosensitivity were investigated.The results showed that the physiological indexes of four culitvars were affected by irradiation treatment.The different radiosensitivity cultivars showed different trends with intensifing irradiation doses.
