两种封严涂层与钛合金摩擦磨损性能研究

摘  要:采用热喷涂工艺在TC4钛合金表面制备KF-20B和KF-118封严涂层,利用环块式滑动磨损试验机测试封严涂层与TC4钛合金对磨时的室温摩擦磨损性能,并通过SEM和EDS分析了涂层和钛合金对磨环的磨损表面和磨屑形貌。结果表明:与TC4钛合金对磨时,KF-20B与KF-118涂层的摩擦系数均为0.4左右。KF-20B涂层中的润滑材料除了BN还包含石墨,KF-118涂层中的膨润土具有优异的润滑和减摩作用,从而降低了摩擦系数,提高了与TC4钛合金的对磨匹配性能。KF-20B and KF-118 abradable seal coatings were prepared on TC4 titanium alloy by thermal spay technology. The friction and wear performance of these abradable seal coatings rubbing against TC4 titanium alloy were investigated by block-on-ring wear tester. The wear surfaces and grindings were observed and analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer. The results show the friction coefficients of KF-20B and KF-118 coatings are both about 0.4. The lubricating material of KF-20B coatings includes not only BN but also graphite, and bentonite in KF- 118 coating has excellent lubrication and antifriction action, both of which thereby reduce friction coefficient and advance match performance rubbing against TC4 titanium alloy.
