摘 要:选取紫茎泽兰入侵生境中常见的油茶、板栗、构树三种植物作为供体,利用水浸提来模拟植株分解和雨水淋溶两条化感途径,采用生物测定的方法,研究他们对紫茎泽兰种子萌发化感作用潜力并对他们的化感效应进行综合评价。结果表明:油茶各浓度的浸提液对紫茎泽兰种子萌发参数全部表现为抑制作用,并且全部达到差异极显著水平(P<0.01);构树浸提液对紫茎泽兰种子胚轴表现为低促高抑,对其它几项表现为抑制作用;板栗各浓度浸提液对紫茎泽兰种子胚根表现抑制作用,对其它几项表现为低促高抑作用。通过对供体化感潜力的综合评价得知,三种植物对紫茎泽兰种子萌发抑制的综合效应评价排名为:油茶>板栗>构树。Three tree species(Camellia oleifera,Castanea mollissima and Broussonetia papyifer.),which were commonly seen in Eupatorium adenophorum invaded inhabitats,were selected as the donors to study their respective allelopatic potential to the seed germination of Eupatorium adenophorum by way of water extraction similating the process of plant decomposition and rain leaching.Their comprehensive allelopathic effect was also evaluated.The results showed that:1) the extraction of Camellia oleifera at all concentrations showed inhibition effects on all seed germination parameters of Eupatorium adenophorum,all reaching the significant difference level(P 0.01);2) Hypocotyl of Eupatorium adenophorum were promoted in lower concentration and restricted in higher concentration of Broussonetia papyifera extrations,while other parameters were all restricted at different concentrations;3)Extraction of Castanea mollissima at all concentrations restricted radicle growth,while other parameters were promoted at lower concentration and restricted at higher concentration.When evaluated comprehensively,the allelopathic effects of these three plants on the seed germination of Eupatorium adenophorum were in the order of Camellia oleiferaCastanea mollissima Broussonetia papyifera.
