摘　　要：矿业权统一配号是矿业权管理工作的一项重要改革。矿业权统一配号系统是支撑这项管理改革的主要信息系统。本文回顾了矿业权统一配号系统的建设背景、建设思路、底数清理、制度落实、系统设计开发、系统应用等实施过程,总结了建设经验。Unified license is one of the important reforms in exploration and mining rights management. Exploration and mining licenses management information system is the major information system which supports this reform.This paper reviews the background,general ideas,data compilation,institutional guarantee, design,development and application of the system＇ s construction process.It also reviews the experience in the construction.
