摘　　要：在经历了二十年的政府信息化建设,我国政府信息化取得了很大的成就,得到了很大的发展,但由于受到政府机构的复杂性和管理模式的遗传性等众多限制,先进的项目管理理念与方式并未在政府建设项目中发挥其应有的效果,尤其是对于项目的进度管理和质量控制重视不够,以至于项目工期滞后、质量不高、应用效果不明显等问题成为了政府信息化建设项目中的常见问题,逐渐引起了项目管理者的重视。本文对金土一期建设项目在进度管理和质量控制这两方面的工作及对策作了浅要分析,总结了金土一期建设项目在进度管理和质量控制方面的工作经验,以利于相关成功经验在今后项目管理中的推广应用。In the past twenty years of the construction of government information system,our government have made great achievements and achieved great development,but by the government of the complexity and management of the hereditary,many of the project management philosophy and style in construction projects and the government cannot play its proper effect,especially for the progress of the project management and quality control is not enough attention.Project had found out that project construction,without high quality and effect become the common problem in the government information. This issue analyzes the phaseⅠof Jintu construction projects in the process management and quality control of the two aspects of work and plan,summarizing the success experience to promote the information construction projects.
