摘　　要：金土工程一期项目涉及数据中心、数据库应用系统、网络安全和标准等建设,工期两年。作为一项大型电子政务项目,从立项、设计到实施建设,形成了大量的文件资料,做好这些资料的收集整理与管理,不仅对提高项目管理水平,而且对今后成果应用、运行、维护,及进一步扩展、完善,都具有十分重要的意义。本文通过对金土工程一期项目中档案资料的搜集整理、管理、利用等方面进行阐述,探讨电子政务工程档案管理工作方法。The phaseⅠof Jintu project with the time period of two years.A massive reference material will be generated from initiating the project,approval,design to implementation and construction as a large-scale E-government affairs project.It has very vital significance to complete well for the collections and managements of these files which are not only enhance the levels of project management but also promote application results,run and operation,maintenance and further expansion and perfection for the present and future projects.This article is based on elaboration of the massive references in the project of the phaseⅠof Jintu,through collecting,managing,utilizing and other aspects to discuss the methods of the file management of E-government affairs project.
