摘 要:以短果茴芹种子为试材,通过测定种皮的透水性和种子中的抑制物质,探讨种子休眠的原因;采用赤霉素和层积处理结合室内发芽试验,寻找打破种子休眠的方法;测定层积过程中种子的主要贮藏物质含量变化及过氧化物酶活性的变化,了解解除种子休眠与物质代谢变化的相关性。结果表明:短果茴芹种子的休眠是由胚未发育完全和存在萌发抑制物质引起的综合性休眠。低温层积和赤霉素浸种后再低温层积,均能打破休眠,其中200mg·L-1 GA3浸种24h后低温层积105d效果最好,发芽率达54.84%。在低温层积阶段,可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量升高,但当休眠逐渐打破,其含量均呈下降趋势;ABA、POD、CAT含量呈下降趋势,IAA总体保持较稳定状态。GA含量、GA/ABA总体呈上升趋势,IAA/ABA变化不明显,说明短果茴芹种子内源ABA、GA含量的变化与种子休眠和萌发具有相关性,ABA可能是种子休眠的抑制物质。The mechanism of dormancy and methods of breaking dormancy effectively in Spuropimpinella brachycarpa(Kom.)Kitag.and a feasible approach to protect the diversity wild resources was provided.The results showed that Spuropimpinella brachycarpa(Kom.)Kitag seed dormancy is a comprehensive sleep by rudimentary embryo and inhibitor.Cold stratification and GA3 after soaking cold stratification could break dormancy but cold stratification 105d after 200mg·L-1 GA3 in soaking 24h was the best,germination percentage was 54.84%.The souble sugar and souble protein contents and increased in cold stratification period but they were declining trend after broken dormancy;the content of ABA or POD or CAT is decreasing trend and the IAA content is stable state.The contents of GA and GA/ABA were increased and the IAA/ABA were not significantly changed,which means that contents of ABA,GA in seed dormancy and germination were relevant in the seed of Spuropimpinella brachycarpa(Kom.)Kitag.ABA could be the matter of seed dormancy.
