摘 要:将研究室保藏的固氮菌(GY)、溶磷菌(LY)和硅酸盐细菌(JY)以不同组合进行混合培养,探讨通过此方式提高菌剂的固氮、解磷和解钾能力。分别以单菌株培养、两两混合双菌株培养及三菌株混合培养方式,对培养液的固氮酶活性、有效磷和速效钾含量进行测定。结果表明:在固氮能力方面,培养24h,pH值7.0条件下,分别对7种组合固氮酶活性进行测定,发现菌株组合GY+LY+JY的C2H4浓度达到1987.4nmol.h-1.mL-1,其固氮酶活性最强;在解磷能力方面,培养10d,pH值7.0条件下,各体系解磷量达到最高值;其中,LY菌液中可溶性磷浓度为0.930μg·mL-1,其解磷能力最强;在解钾能力方面,培养15d,pH值7.0条件下,各体系解钾量达到最高值;其中,菌株组合GY+LY+JY混合菌液中可溶性钾浓度为23.4μg·mL-1,其解钾能力最强。To increase N-fixing,P-relaesing,K-relaesing ability,a N-fixation bacterium GY,a Phosphobacterium LY,a K-releasing bacterium JY were mixed culture.Strains were cultured in single,two bacteria combined,three bacteria combined.The Nitrogen-fixing capacity,soluble P and K in the media were detected.The results showed that :in Nitrogen-fixing capacity,24h,pH7.0,the highest nitrogenase activity combination was GY+LY+JY,the C2H4 concentration was 1987.4nmol﹒h-1﹒mL-1.In P-relaesing,all the combinations reached the highest level after 10d,pH7.0 and the soluble P concentration of LY was 0.930μg·mL-1;in K-relaesing ability,all the combinations reached the highest level after 15d,pH7.0 and the soluble K concentration of GY+LY+JY was 23.4μg·mL-1.
