摘　　要：随着人力资源市场的逐渐成熟,人员流动加快,企业信息化是企业管理的一项重要内容,在整个企业的管理中具有重要地位,是适应现代企业管理制度要求、推动企业劳动人事管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件。提高对员工档案管理的认识,注重员工档案资源的利用,对保护员工的合法权益,稳定和谐的劳动关系,促进社会和谐具有十分重要的意义。在深入研究了各种有关人员管理方面的计算机书籍后,介绍了企业人事管理系统的设计与实现。从软件开发的基本过程和思想及企业人事信息管理的相关概念出发,重点研究了关于人事管理和机构管理信息系统的设计和实现过程。As the maturity of human recourses market,enterprise information is an important element of the enterprise management,and has an important position in the enterprise.It is necessary to encourage the personnel management of enterprises to work more scientific,standardized.Raising awareness of staff files management,focusing on the use of staff file resources,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees,a stable and harmonious labor relations,and promoting social harmony are of great significance.In this paper,with internship experience and an in-depth study of a variety of the related books,introduces the design and realization of the Enterprise Personnel Management System.In the view of the software development process and the basic ideas of enterprise personnel information management,focus on the process of the design and the implementation of the enterprise personnel information.
