摘　　要：低碳社区建设是践行科学发展观的具体体现,需要从小区的合理规划选址、低碳住宅设计、有利于碳增汇与碳减排的科学绿化、培养社区居民低碳意识并自觉践行低碳生活方式、政府积极倡导和激励等方面进行探索,努力建立"政府推动、市场调节、企业减排、居民参与"的工作机制,努力使低碳社区建设成为自觉行动。The construction of low-carbon community is a specific embodiment of the scientific outlook on development into practice.Exploratory researches should be made in terms of the site selection for the community,the low-carbon housing residences designing,the construction of scientific green belts beneficial to increasing carbon sinks and reducing carbon emissions,the development of low-carbon consciousness of community residents,the consciously practicing in low-carbon living style,and the encouragement from the government,etc.Great efforts should be made to establish the working mechanism involving ＂government-promoting,market regulating,enterprises＇ emission reducing,and the residents＇ participating＂ so that the construction of low-carbon community will become self-conscious actions.
