摘　　要：编组站作业能力的核心是驼峰解体能力。文中通过分析货物列车到达至推峰解体的实际作业流程,分析总结编组站驼峰解体能力和解体效率的主要影响因素,从运营管理的角度,提出了以加强业务技能为中心、安全规范作业为主题的提高驼峰效率的作业措施。The core of the marshalling yard operation capacity is the hump break-up ability. Through analysis of practical working flow of freight train arriving to push the hump break-up operation, this paper analyzes and summarizes the main factors of the practical break-up ability and break-up operation efficiency of marshalling yard hump, from the viewpoint of operation management, the operation measures are put forward for improving the hump efficiency by strengthening business skills and safety standard work.
