摘　　要：大学应届毕业生在择业过程中应该走出爱慕虚荣、贪图享受、追求安逸、追赶时髦等一系列择业误区，根据自身条件和职场供求关系客观冷静地调整择业期望值，沉着面对“经验优先说”，以平常心迎接走向社会的第一次挑战。The graduates should avoid the misunderstandings like peacockish adoration, seeking enjoyment, coziness and fashion, etc. in the course of career choice. The graduates should adjust their career expectations according to their own conditions and the supply and demand of today＇s job market, they should also calmly face the ＂ experience priority＂ and meet their first challenge from the society with a sense of balance.
