摘　　要：毕业综合实践作为高职高专人才培养方案中最重要的实践教学环节，是学生对所学知识、技能的综合运用。本文就如何做好高职财经类专业毕业综合实践教学，从毕业综合实践课题任务的选择、毕业综合实践教学中学导关系的处理及毕业综合实践的规范化组织与管理三方面作了探讨。Comprehensive Graduation Practice, as the most important part of the higher vocational personnel training program, practices the students＇integrated use of their knowledge and skills. As for how to organize a effective Comprehensive Graduation Practice for financial majors, this article carried out a discussion on three aspects as the choice of the Comprehensive Graduation Practice task, the dealing of the relations between learning and guide, and the standardized organizations and management of the Comprehensive Graduation Practice.
