摘 要:目的分析2005~2008年安徽省12个国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点螺情调查结果,为制订防治对策提供参考依据。方法按照《全国血吸虫病临测方案》,对各监测点钉螺孳生环境与可疑环境进行调查,并运用GPS定位仪对查螺航迹、螺点和钉螺面积进行测定,比较4年各项螺情指标。结果近4年有10个监测点,25个环境查出116hm^2阳性螺面积,占实有钉螺面积的11.2%;各监测点活螺密度和阳性螺密度升降幅度不一。结论应用GPS提高了螺情统计指标的精确性,各监测点螺情依然严重,应加强控制钉螺措施,提高药物灭螺质量。Objective To analyze the results of snail survey among twelve national surveillance sites for schistosomiasis in Anhui province from 2005 to 2008, so as to provide evidence for making out control measures in the future. Methods According to the national surveillance protocol of schistosomiasis, the snail environment and possible snail breeding environment in each of the surveillance sites were investigated. The investigation trace, the snail point, and the snail area were detected by GPS, and the results were analyzed. Results The positive snails were found in 10 sites and 25 environments from 2005 to 2008, and the positive snail area was 116 hm2, which accounted for approximately 11. 2 percent of the whole snail areas. The density of living snails and positive snails was different in each surveillance site yearly. Conclusion The application of GPS in snail survey improved the ac curacy of indexes of snail situation. Snail situation is still serious in each of the 12 surveillance sites. The measure for snail control should he enhanced, and the quality of snail molluscicide should be improved.
