摘　　要：观光农业对乡村经济的发展有着极大的促进作用，它是一种农业功能与旅游功能相结合的经济现象。观光农业人才的所需的应是兼具农业与旅游方面的相关知识复合型人才。观光农业作为一种新型服务业对人才也提出了更高的要求。通过技术、管理、文化等多方面的专业素养和实践性环节的有效对接培养社会适用的人才。Agriculture Sight -seeing has a tremendous impulse on the development of suburban economy, which is an economic phenomenon of industry composed by agriculture and tourism. A qualified sight - seeing major should have a complex knowledge related to agriculture and tourism. As a new type of agriculture and tourism, it sets up a higher demands for the professionals. Talent - cultivating should be made through professional qualities education of technology, management, culture and through constant practice.
