摘　　要：目的⑶本文旨在探讨周期性卵泡发育、子宫内膜增殖期变化、子宫螺旋动脉血流阻力指数三者之间与受孕的关系⒚方法⑶通过对 ７４ 例不孕症患者经阴道彩超监测⒙与临床配合观察其受孕情况⒙然后将受孕、未受孕妇女按组划分⒙统计其各项参数值⒚结果⑶受孕组妇女的卵泡发育与子宫内膜增厚呈正相关性⒙ｒ２＝ ００ ３⒚排卵期子宫螺旋动脉血流丰富呈高振幅连续波型⒙阻力指数偏低⒚未受孕组妇女的卵泡发育与子宫内膜增厚缺乏周期性⒙排卵期子宫螺旋动脉血流纤细呈低振幅非连续波型⒙阻力指数明显增高⒚两组统计结果具有显著性差异 Ｐ＜Objective:The relation between the periodic ovum growth,the endometrium changes and the uterine blood flow resistance index were studied.Methods:TVCDFI is favored 74 infertile women by observing their conception.They were divided into gravid and fallow groups.All parameters were analyzed.Results:The ovum growth of the gravid reveals positive correlation r 2=0 03 with the increase of endometrium thickness.The uterine blood during ovulatory phase is abundant with low RI,but the ovum growth of the fallow women has no periodic change with the increase of endometrim thickness.The uterine blood during ovulatory phase is fine and RI is obviously high.The statistics are different in the two groups( P <0 01).Conclusion:The periodic ovum growth is compatible with the endometrium changes and the uterine blood flow resistance index,and has a close relation to conception.
