摘  要:目的:研究神经植入术后再生末梢支配面积的变化规律.方法:兔耳大神经植人颈肩部失神经皮瓣模型,利用神经单纤维放电引导、神经原性血浆外渗和抗NF抗体免疫组化技术,对3cm直径失神经皮瓣在植入1.5cm长耳大神经后不同时间对皮瓣获得神经再支配的面积进行测量.结果:术后lino再生末梢支配皮瓣面积的16%,3mo52%,5mo74%,8mo95%.三种实验方法结果相符.结论:神经植人术后再生末稍支配面积逐步扩大,3crn直径皮瓣植入1.5cm长外径为lmm的神经,术后8mo可获得充分的神经再支配.AIM: To study the innervation of the regenerated nerve endings after implantation. METHODS: Greater auricular nerves, 1. 5 cm in length, were implanted into denerved flap, which were 3 cm in diameter and transferred from cervical--shoulder to the back of rabbit ears. The innervated flaps were examined at different intervals with neuroelectrophysiological fiber discharge conduct, neurogenic plasma extravasation and neurofilament immunohistochemical tech'nique respectively. RESULTS: The area innervated by the regenerated nerve endings accounts for 16% of the whole flap by I month, 52% by 3 months, 74% by 5 months and 95% by & months. The three methods got almost the same results. CONCLUSION: The area innervated by the regenerated nerve endings gradually expands. When a nerve, 1 mm in diameter, is implanted into a flap, 3 cm in diameter, innervation will be fully regained & months after the operation.
