针灸对104例女性尿道综合征尿流率的影响

摘　　要：观察针灸对女性尿道综合征尿流率的影响。方法针灸补肾温阳法治疗女性尿道综合征１０４例，并作针灸治疗前后尿流率测定。结果针灸治疗后最大尿流率从１８．６９±８．６０ｍｌ／ｓ提高至２１．１１±１０．４６ｍｌ／ｓ（Ｐ＜０．００１）；平均尿流率从１２．６１±７．３４ｍｌ／ｓ提高至１４．４１±８．２０ｍｌ／ｓ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论针灸补肾温阳法能够解除女性尿道综合征的下尿路梗阻，起到显著的治疗效果。Objective To observe the influence of acumoxibustion on uroflow rate in female urethral syndrom. Methods 104 cases of female urethral syndrome were treated by acumoxibustion with tonifying the kidney and warming yang, and uroflometry was performed before and after acumoxibustion. Results Maximal uroflow rate rose from 18.688.60 ml/s to 21.1110.46 ml/s (P<0.001); mean uroflow rate rose from 12.617.34 ml/s to 14.418.20 ml/s (P<0.01). Conclusion Acumoxibustion with tonifying the kidney and warming yang can remove lower urinary obstruction and produces a marked therapeutic effect.
