摘　　要：高校的思想政治教育是我国教育体系中极其重要的一环。思想政治教育的核心价值是人文价值。在加强和改进大学生思想政治教育过程中,应确立和构建以人为本的高校思想政治教育新理念,大力培育人文精神,促进思想政治教育创新,才能使高校思想政治教育真正肩负起为社会主义现代化事业培养合格建设者和可靠接班人的重任。Ideological and political education in our educational system has always been a very important part of.Since reform and opening,the rapid development of industries we have to think of new ideas ideological and political education.Article,the ideological and political education is a core value of human values.In strengthening and improving ideological and political education should be established and building a people-oriented ideological and political education of new ideas,great efforts to cultivate humanistic spirit,promote the innovation,can the ideological and political education really take up the cause of the socialist modernization.
