摘　　要：目的 :展示一种新剂型中空栓剂作为医院制剂发展的前景及可行性。方法 :参考国内外文献 ,概括中空栓剂的特性 ,并介绍其处方设计和制备方法。结果 :中空栓剂具有生物利用度高 ,副作用小 ,制剂稳定性好 ,临床应用广泛等优点 ,而且便于个体化给药 ,尤适于小儿、呕吐及慢性病患者应用。其处方设计和制剂制备简单。结论 :中空栓剂在医院制剂室中发展 ,具有良好的可行性和广阔的开发前景。OBJECTIVE:To discuss the perspective and the feasibility for the development and applications of hollow type suppository(HTS),a new dosage form,as a hospital preparation.METHOD:Consulting the literatures at home and abroad,the characteristics of HTS,and its recipe design method and preparing technology were reviewed.RESULTS:HTS exhibits the advantages of high bioavailability,less side effects,better stability of preparation and wide clinical applications.It is also convenient for the individualization of dosage and especially suitable for children and vomiting sufferers and the patients with chronic disease.Both the recipe design and preparing technology are simple.CONCLUSION:It is feasible for HTS to be developed as a preparation of hospital with wide prospects of application.
