摘 要:目的 :考察碘伏稀释液在不同pH值及温度下的稳定性变化。方法 :把 0 .2 0 0gPVP Ⅰ溶解于不同pH值的缓冲液中 ,置于不同温度下 ,每隔一定的时间测定其有效碘浓度。结果 :当pH值与温度越高 ,PVP Ⅰ稀释液越不稳定 ,当温度为 50℃ ,pH值为 8时 1 5min后有效碘浓度即下降为零。结论 :根据实验结果 ,临床使用PVP Ⅰ溶液是需加入酸性试剂或现配现用。OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of 667ppm PVP Ⅰ in the buffer solution with different pH and temperature.METHOD:Determined effective idion concentration after diluted 0.200g PVP Ⅰ in the buffer solution with different pH and stated it with different temperature.RESULTS:The povidone idione solution was more unstable in higher pH and temperature.When the temperature was 50℃ and the pH was 8,after 15 minutes the effective idine concentration dropped to zero.CONCLUSION:The results showed the PVP Ⅰ was diluted in acid solution was more stable.If prepared it and used it immediately its effect was definite.
