摘 要:采用化学气相沉积法以脱油沥青为碳源制备出碳微球,运用硬脂酸对碳微球进行表面修饰,并研究了硬脂酸修饰后碳微球作为润滑油添加剂的分散性和稳定性.利用场发射扫描电镜、高分辨透射电镜分析了碳微球的晶体结构和形貌特征,结果表明所制备的碳微球纯度很高、粒径均匀(500 nm).傅立叶红外实验证明,通过酯化反应碳微球能够被硬脂酸包覆,显著提高了碳微球在润滑油中的分散性和稳定性.Carbon microspheres were synthesized by CVD using deoiled asphalt (DOA) as carbon source. The surface modification of carbon spheres was achieved by refluxing carbon spheres with stearic acid (SA). The dispersion capability and stability of SA coated carbon spheres as lubricant additive was also investigated. The samples were analyzed and characterized by FESEM and HRTEM. The results showed that carbon microspheres were of high purity and uniform diameter. FT-IR spectrum indicated the surface of carbon spheres was coated with a modified layer of SA. The dispersion capability stability and of SA coated carbon spheres as lubricant additive were effectively improved.
