摘　　要：对于我们这样一个有着悠久文化传统,同时又以马克思主义作为国家意识形态核心的社会主义国家来说,必须在自己纳入全球化经济体系的必然进程中时刻保持对文化建设背后所蕴藏的复杂问题有一个清醒的判断。全球化时代的文化交往和文化建设是一个非常复杂的问题,文化多元化的背后隐藏着深刻的文化不平等关系或文化差异和冲突。在正视文明冲突、文化交流中的不平等因素,始终紧紧把握住对主流文化的控制权的前提下,我们必须以海纳百川的胸襟迎接世界文明的洗礼,以扎实的工作、灵活多样、丰富多彩的形式努力建设社会主义的现代文化事业。China is a socialism country with a traditional culture of long history and with Marxism as the core of her national ideology.In her inevitable process of globalized economic system,she should constantly have a sound judgment on the complex problems underlying in the building of her culture.The cultural exchanges and the building of culture in the ages of globalization are a very complex problem,for behind the cultural pluralism underlie profound cultural inequality,cultural conflict and differences.When facing the conflict civilization and the inequality in the cultural exchanges, China should always firmly grasp the control of the mainstream culture firmly.With it as the premise,she must accept the world civilization broadly and try to build the modern cultural cause of socialism in various forms.
