云南琵琶甲脂溶性抗菌活性成分的研究

摘　　要：首次从云南琵琶甲 Ｂａｌａｐｓ ｊａｐａｎｅｎｓｉｓ ｙｕｎｎａｎｅｎｓｉｓ Ｍａｒｓ．的脂溶性提取物中分得 ５个化合物，分别鉴定为 ４一乙基一１，３一苯二醇（４－ｅｔｈｙｌ－１，３－ｂｅｎｚｅ－ｎｅｄｉｏｌ， Ｉ），１３一丙基二十五烷（１３－ｐｒｏｐｙｌ－ｐｅｎｔａｃｏｓａｎｅ， Ⅱ），胆甾醇（ｃｈｄｅｓｔｅｒｏｌ， Ⅲ），油酸（ｏｌｅｉｃ ａｃｉｄ， Ⅳ）和亚油酸（ｌｉｎｏｌｅｉｃ ａｃｉｄ， Ⅴ），经抗菌活性实验，结果表明化合物Ⅰ具有抗菌活性。Five compounds were isolated from Balaps japanensis yunnanensis Mars., a folk medicinal insect in Yunnan province of China. They were identified as 4--ethyl--1,3--benzenediol(I ), 13-propyl- pentacosane(Ⅱ ), cholesterol(Ⅲ), oleic acid(Ⅳ )and linoleic acid (Ⅴ ). Pharmacological screening showed that I has antibacterial activity.
