白花前胡根中白花前胡丙素的分离鉴定及其有效成分含量的HPLC分析

摘　　要：从白花前胡根中分离鉴定了主要有效成分白花前胡丙素，建立了利用ＨＰＬＣ法分析白花前胡根中白花前胡丙素及其消旋体白花前胡甲素含量的方法，并用该方法分析了不同产地白花前胡根中白花前胡丙素及其白花前胡甲素的含量，为制定中药前胡的质量标准奠定基础。The main active principle (+ )-praeruptorin C was isolated and identified from the root of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn. A method was developed for the quantitative analysis of (+ )- praeruptorin C and its racemate (± )-praeruptorin A in the root of the Chinese drug by HPLC. The contents of (+)- praeruptorin C and (± )-praeruptorin A in P. praeruptorum from different origins were determined to provide a basis for the quality control of this Chinese drug.
