摘  要:目的:研究河北汉族人群Rh表型多态性,建立固定无偿献血员Rh表型资料库。方法:用盐水试管法确定Rh(D)血型及其表型,结果阴性者再用间接抗人球蛋白试验确定其阴性表型。结果:在河北汉族Rh(D)阳性人群中,Rh表型分布规律为CCDee>CcDEe>ccDEE>CcDee>ccDEe>CCDEe=CcDEE>ccDee,频率分别为41.64%、34.31%、9.38%、9.24%、4.18%、0.44%、0.44%和0.37%,未发现CCDEE表型;在Rh(D)阴性人群中,Rh表型分布规律为ccdee>Ccdee>ccdEe>CCdee>CcdEe>ccdEE>CCdEe,分布频率分别为55.25%、31.88%、5.5%、3.25%、3.00%、0.88%和0.25%,未发现CcdEE和CCdEE表型。结论:了解本地区的Rh表型的多态性并建立固定无偿献血员Rh表型资料库对保障输血安全尤其是紧急用血安全具有重要价值。Objective:To investigate the polymorphisms of Rh phenotypes in Hebei Han population and establish the data bank of fixed free blood donors' Rh phenotypes.Method:IgM anti-sera were used to determine Rh(D) blood group and other four Rh factors in tubes and indirect antiglobulin test(IAT) was used to further determine Rh(D) negative phenotypes.Result:The distribution of Rh phenotypes in Hebei Rh(D) positive population was CCDee(41.64%)〉CcDEe(34.31%)〉ccDEE(9.38%)〉CcDee(9.24%)〉ccDEe(4.18%)〉CCDEe(0.44%)=CcDEE(0.44%)〉ccDee(0.37%) without CCDEE phenotype,and that in Hebei Rh(D) negative population was ccdee(55.25%)Ccdee(31.88%)ccdEe(5.5%)CCdee(3.25%)CcdEe(3.00%)ccdEE(0.88%)CCdEe(0.25%) without CcdEE and CCdEE phenotypes.Conclusion:It would be valuable to investigate the polymorphisms of Rh phenotypes in local population and to establish the data bank of fixed free blood donors' Rh phenotypes in assurance of transfusion safety,especially in urgent transfusion safety.
