摘  要:全球气候在变暖是"温室效应"带来的,这既是一种自然现象又是人类活动影响的结果。水土保持林草植被具有吸碳固碳放氧的作用。在建设秀美山川伟大号召指引下,我国的林草植被得到大面积恢复和保护,黄土高原由黄开始变绿,水保生态建设为碳汇作出了突出贡献。搞好水土保持生态建设,就是实施最有力的"碳汇"能力建设工程,就是对减缓气候变化的最大贡献。It is said that the "greenhouse effect" is one of the main factors of global climate change or global warming.It's a natural phenomenon,but is also the result of human activity.Vegetation of Soil and Water Conservation has a good effect on taking up CO2 and emitting O2 all the time.With the direction of national Soil and Water Conservation policy,large areas of vegetation were constructed and recovered,and Loess Plateau gradually becomes green from yellow.So construction of Soil and Water Conservation plays an important role on absorbing carbon.Developing construction of Soil and Water Conservation effectively and continually is the most important project to absorbing carbon.And it's also the biggest contribution to decrease the speed of climate change.
