摘　　要：互感型全固态浮动板调制器是一种栅极调制器。文中介绍了互感型全固态浮动板调制器的工作原理、特点和设计方法。互感型全固态浮动板调制器采用互感器传输触发脉冲,波形采用双极性脉冲的形式,解决了高压隔离、抗干扰、小型化设计等关键问题。通过实验验证,电路设计合理,可广泛应用于栅控行波管雷达发射机。Transformer-coupling full-solid-state floating-board modulator is a kind of grid modulator. The principle, characteristic and design method of transformer-coupling full-solid-state floating-board modulator are introduced in this paper. The key question of high voltage isolation, anti-jamming and miniaturization design has been solved by using transformer-coupling transmit trigger pulse and bipolar trigger pulse. The validity of the design has been proved by experiment, and the modulator can be widely used in grid-control TWT transmitters.
