摘　　要：知识产权制度是企业制度的组成部分,对技术创新具有重要影响。本文在对创新型企业创新做法进行调研分析的基础上,总结了当前创新型企业在知识产权管理方面的现状,分析了影响知识产权制度完善的制约因素,以期为企业在系统创新中的知识产权制度建设提供一些借鉴。The intellectual property rights （IPR） system, as a part of the enterprise system, is critical to technology innovation. Based on the survey of practices in innovation in innovative enterprises, the article summarizes the present situations in IPR management in innovative enterprises, identifies restraining factors in the IPR system, and draws some experiences for IPR system building in system innovation.
