摘　　要：在新自由主义创导的"市场化"和"商业化"发展理念影响下,美国成为世界高等教育市场化程度最彻底的国家,但金融危机的爆发促使美国各界反思高等教育过度市场化改革带来的弊端。为保证高等教育持续发展,奥巴马政府在高等教育财政领域实施了一系列应对措施,有效缓解了财政支持不足等问题,这些举措也能给我们带来一些启示。Under the influence of marketization and commercialization which was proposed by the neoliberalism,the marketization of America higher education became the most thorough in the world,but the current global financial crisis made America reflect the troubles brought by over-marketization.In order to promote sustainable development of American higher education,President Barack Obama has taken a series of measures to ease the financial shortfall.This new trend of reform has also given us corresponding reference and implication.
