用^(32)P整体放射自显影技术对足三阴经循行路线示踪的初步研究

摘　　要：目的和方法：应用^（３２）Ｐ整体放射自显影技术，对足三阴经进行３０例循行路线的示踪研究。结果：阳性２５例，阳性率达８３．３％。其中有１５例与脾经、２１例与肾经、１９例与肝经的走向大致相符，并有１５例出现串经，尤其是在三阴交穴可见两经相交者４例，三经相交者２例。此外还进行了６例０～４８小时与４８～９６小时放射自显影像对比，结果两者影像完全一样，唯有前者的影像黑度较后者为深。结论：^（３２）Ｐ放出的β射线在机体软组织中的有效射程仅４ｍｍ，整体放射自显影像说明^（３２）Ｐ只能在机体皮肤或皮下 ２～３ ｍｍ深度中运行，提示足三阴经循经感传线可能在机体皮肤或皮下 ２～３ ｍｍ深处。The transmission route of Three Yin Meridian of Foot was studied in 30 cases with radioautography by ^(32)P of pure β- nuclide and found in 25 cases (83. 3% ). The transmission route was basically in accord with the running of spleen meridian in 15 cases, with the running of kidney meridian in 21 cases, and with the running of live meridian in 19 cases. Cross meridian appeared in 15 cases. At Sanyinjiao, two meridians were found crossed in 4 cases and three meridians in 2 cases. In addition, a contrast was made of 0-48h radioautography with 48-96h radioautography in 6 cases. The result showed that both images were identical, with the blackening of the former darkerthan that of the latte.This result indicates that ^(32)P runs in depth of 2-3 mm undr the skin because of its effective rnge is only 4 mm,suggesting that the transmission route of Three Yin Meridian of Foot might be in depth of 2-3 mm under the skin.
