摘 要:基于详细分项计量的能耗数据进行节能管理和问题诊断是推动大型公建节能的有效技术途径。本文在超过2年数据积累的10余栋大型公建能耗计量监测工程及相应的节能诊断与改进工作的基础上,采用标准分项的能耗模型建立了针对全楼的能耗指标分析体系;并基于冷量计量和电耗计量数据,建立了针对集中空调系统的节能诊断指标体系。而后,运用上述指标体系并配合相应开发的能耗发布系统和实时监测管理软件,建成了一套利用分项能耗数据实现深入节能诊断的技术方法。Energy-saving management and diagnosis based on the particular sub-metering data is an effective way to realize the energy-saving of large-scale public buildings.In this paper,based on the sub-metering data accumulated more than two years of at least 10 large-scale buildings with the corresponding retrofit work,the index analysis system for the whole building's energy consumption was build up according to the standard sub-metering model,and the energy-saving diagnosis index system for the central air-conditioning system was established with the metering data of cooling load and electricity consumption.Using the above index system and the developed energy consumption management software,an effective energy-saving diagnosis method based on the sub-metering data was proposed.
