摘  要:研究传染性支气管炎病毒(infectious bronchitis virus,IBV)在自然环境中的衰减规律,有助于养殖场中IBV的防控和检测。本试验模拟养殖场的空气环境,应用气管环组织培养(TOC)法对IBV进行散布试验。试验通过采集不同时间段的空气样品,对SPF鸡胚气管环进行攻毒试验,以气管环纤毛运动情况及上皮细胞完整性为判定依据,绘制IBV自然衰减曲线。结果显示,IBV在进入自然环境1 h内其存活率显著下降,1~4 h趋于平缓,4 h后其存活率极低。The study of natural attenuation of IBV benefits the prevention and detection of IBV on farms.Air environment of farms was mimicked,the scattered experiment was carried out by the method of tracheal organ culture(TOC).The air samples were collected at different time points after IBV contamination,which were inoculated into tracheal organ cultures respectively.The natural attenuation curve of IBV was obtained based on the ciliary activity and the epithelium integrity.Our results showed that the survival rate of IBV decreased rapidly within 1h after IBV contaminating the environment.After the initial reduction,however,the concentration often trend to level off till 4h.But it decreased again afterwards.
