摘 要:针对火电厂混煤掺烧的实际工作特点,建立了基于燃煤流程的全程动态优化方法。该方法对进厂的每一种煤进行跟踪监视和综合优化调配,将堆煤、配煤、取煤、燃烧各环节耦合起来,结合智能算法,采用多目标协同优化,以使混煤掺烧达到安全、经济和环保的效果。同时,采用数字化方法模拟煤场和原煤仓的动态过程,以直观图形显示存煤情况,从而使全厂的存煤可视化。针对红海湾发电有限公司实际情况,开发了混煤掺烧全程动态优化决策系统,取得了很好的应用效果。Based on the characteristics of blended coal combustion in thermal power plant, the dynamic optimization method of the entire process of coal flow was constructed. Each of the coal into the plant was tracked and blended by integrated optimization model. In order to achieve security, economic and environmental benefits of co-combustion, the coal stacking, coal blending, reclaiming and combustion were coupled, and intelligent algorithm was used to search the multi-objective coordination optimization. Meanwhile, digital simulation of coal field and raw coal bunker was introduced to indicate the dynamic process. The coal storage of the plant was displayed by intuitive graph to make the coal storage visible. The dynamic optimization decision system of blended coal combustion was developed in the Red Bay Power Plant, which achieved an excellent application effect.
