摘　　要：目的:探讨江西省不同收入的农民新型农村合作医疗大病统筹基金使用的公平性。方法:采用分层抽样法和类似序贯试验法,调查1208例新型农村合作医疗大病统筹补偿者;用集中指数反映公平性。结果:1 208例5种不同经济状况的新农合居民恩格尔系数、人均住院总费用、人均实际补偿费及大病统筹的实际补偿比有差别,其住院总费用和实际补偿费用的集中指数分别为0.256 1和0.197 8;结论:不同经济状况家庭住院总费用和实际报销费用的集中指数数值不大,公平性基本趋于合理。Objective： To explore the equity of the farmers with serious illness in different economic situations in 2009. Methods： Using stratified random sampling methods and similar sequential method to examine 1 208 cases of serious diseased and using Centralized Index （CI）to reflect the fairness of compensation. Result： Engle coefficient, hospitalization expenditure per person, actual compensation per person and actual compensation of great disease planning are different, with CI of hospital total cost and the actual cost reimburse- ment 0.256 I and 0.197 8 respectively. Conclusion： The centralization index of different families is different in total hospitalization expenditure and actual reimbursement, and fairness is reasonable generally.
