摘 要:目的:通过对公立骨科医院临床科室绩效的综合评价,使管理者掌握临床科室绩效的差异。方法:构建涵盖效率效益、医疗质量和医德医风3个方面的骨科医院绩效评价体系,采用可拓评价模型对科室绩效进行评价。结果:手科、脑外科、儿科和康复科属于绩效第一等级,脊柱科属于第二等级,急创科属于第三等级。结论:可拓评价方法在科室绩效评价中具有可行性,把科室绩效水平分成若干层次更加符合医院管理工作的实际,在医院管理中具有良好的应用前景。Objective: To grasp the performance differences among clinical departments through carrying on the comprehensive performance evaluation. Methods: Establishing the evaluation system covering efficiency and benefits, medical quality and ethics, and adopting the extension assessment model to evaluate the performance of clinical departments. Results: According to the synthesis con- nection degree, hand section, rehabilitation, brain surgery and department of pediatrics belong to the first performance level; spinal branch belongs to the second level, and emergency trauma department belongs to the third level. Conclusion: The extension assessment method is feasible in the performance evaluation of clinical departments. Dividing the performance into four sections is more feasible to the practical reality of hospital management, and sees good prospect in application.
