三种国产尼莫地平片剂的相对生物利用度研究

摘　　要：９例男性健康志愿者交叉口服Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ３ 种国产尼莫地平片剂１２０ ｍ ｇ，以ＨＰＬＣ法测定其血药浓度，研究了相对生物利用度。结果表明，尼莫地平在人体内的药动学符合开放两室模型，片剂Ｂ与Ａ 相比，Ｃｍ ａｘ有显著差异，Ｂ的相对生物利用度为９４．７６％ ；片剂Ｃ与Ａ 相比，Ｃｍａｘ差异极显著，ＡＵＣ有显著差异，Ｃ的相对生物利用度为６１．６７％ 。The relative bioavailabilities of 3 domestic nimodipine(1) tablets(A,B and C) were investigated in 9 healthy male volunteers. A single oral dose of 120 mg of 1 tablets A,B or C was administered according to a randomized crossover design and blood concentrations of 1 were determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetics of 1 conforms to open two compartment model. Compared with tablets A, C max was significantly lower for tablets B; for tablets C, C max was very significantly lower, AUC was significantly lower. The relative bioavailabilities of 1 tablets B and C were 94.76% and 61.67% respectively in comparison with tablets A.
