摘 要:在电液伺服系统中,轧机液压压下系统是控制复杂、负载力大、扰动因素多、交联耦合严重、控制精度和响应速度要求高的设备。针对通常仿真模型中供油系统的供油压力设为常数,实际上存在压力波动,而这种压力波动对轧制产品质量的影响程度鲜见报道的情况。以轧机液压压下控制系统为负载,建立液压源-压下系统仿真模型,通过仿真与实际系统的实验测试,分析了阀前蓄能器对油源输出特性影响及油源压力波动对系统控制精度和产品精度的影响规律,为合理优化设备参数,以提高系统控制精度和产品质量提供依据。In an electro-hydraulic servo controlled cylinder system,the hydraulic automatic gauge control system for a rolling mill is for complexity,heavy load,disturbance factors,strong coupling,high control precision and fast response speed.Constant pressure energy source system made up of constant pressure pump,accumulator,control valve and connecting pipe was used to provide stable pressure,adequate flow and clean working medium.In a simulation model of the rolling mill,the supply oil pressure was usually set to be as constant,while fluctuating pressure.The pressure fluctuation on the quality of rolled products has not been released in the form of paper,so far.Simulation model of supply energy source-the hydraulic automatic gauge control system was established;by experiments,the relationship among accumulators before valve and output characteristics of energy source,fluctuating supply pressure and system control precision,fluctuating supply pressure and product quality,were analyzed.That improves precision of control system and provides the basis for product quality.
