摘 要:为使序批式活性污泥法系统中单级自养脱氮获得稳定运行效果,对脱氮性能、单周期氮素转化特性进行了研究,并通过氮元素守恒和计量关系探讨其脱氮途径。结果表明,进水氨氮负荷为0.494 kg.m-.3d-(1n=50)时,TN平均去除率、最高去除负荷和去除速率分别达81.8%、0.493 kg.m-.3d-1和0.201 kg.kg-.1d-1。单周期过程中氨氮和TN几乎呈线性去除;ρ(NO2--N)变化不大,维持在4 mg·L-1以下;ρ(NO3--N)则由12.9逐渐升高最终达到28.6 mg·L-1。ρ(DO)由0.4降低到0.2最后升至0.3 mg·L-1,pH先由8.02升高到8.15后缓慢降低至7.98。系统中产生的硝酸盐与消耗的氨氮质量比为0.08~0.12,小于"基于亚硝化的自养脱氮工艺"。通过计量关系分析系统中除短程硝化和厌氧氨氧化的协同脱氮作用外,还存在自养反硝化的辅助脱氮途径。The performance of autotrophic nitrogen removal in a lab-scale SBR and conversion of nitrogen during single cycle were investigated, and mass balances and stoichiometry analysis were employed to explore the transformation of nitrogen compounds. 81,8% of average TN removal efficiency was achieved at the influent ammonia volume loading of 0.494 kg · m^-3·d^-1 (n=50). The maximum removal volume loading and removal rate reached 0.493 kg · m^-3·d^-1 and 0,201 kg · m^-3·d^-1, respectively. Conversion of nitrogen during a single cycle was investigated. The ammonia and TN concentrations almost linearly decreased, and no nitrite concentration accumulation was observed, however, nitrate concentration increased gradually from 12.9 mg·L^-1 to 28.6 mg·L^-1. DO concentration decreased from 0.4 to 0.2 mg·L^-1 and at last rose to 0.3 mg·L^-1, and the pH value increased from 8.02 to 8.15 and then returned to 7.98. The ratio of nitrate produced to ammonia consumed maintained between 0.08 and 0.12, indicating shortcut nitrification, ANAMMOX and autotrophic denitrification occurred in this system.
