摘 要:采用微絮凝直接过滤-超滤组合工艺对印染废水处理站的二级生化出水进行了深度处理。探讨了微絮凝直接过滤、超滤及其组合工艺对浊度、COD的去除效果,从跨膜压差的变化角度比较了不同预处理方式砂滤、微絮凝、微絮凝直接过滤对膜污染的影响。结果表明,微絮凝直接过滤对浊度、COD的去除率分别高达71%、47.9%,超滤具有很好的除浊功能,去除率在97%以上,但COD去除率仅为20%左右。微絮凝直接过滤-超滤组合不仅能提高出水水质,使浊度和COD的去除率分别到达99.2%和57.5%,满足城市杂用水水质标准(GB/T 18920-2002)要求;而且与其它的预处理方式对比,微絮凝直接过滤能大大地减轻超滤膜的负荷,延缓膜的污染。该组合工艺构筑物占地面积小,投资和运行费用相对较低,具有工业应用价值。Microflocculation direct filtration-Ultrafiltration was used to treat the secondary effluent from textile plant.The retention of turbidity and COD were compared in three cases including microflocculation direct filtration, UF and microflocculation direct filtration- UF treatment. Different pretreatment methods microflocculation, sand filtration and microflocculation direct filtration were carried to the effects of ultrafiltration membrane fouling .Results showed that microflocculation direct filtration treatment had turbidity,COD retention respectively as high as 71%,47.9%.And although UF possessed a considerable retention rate of turbidity up to 97%,the COD removal was as low as 20%.turbidity,COD removal rate of microflocculation direct filtration-UF were respectively 99.2%, 57.5%; And compared to other pre-methods, microfiocculation direct filtration can greatly reduce the load, delay membrane fouling,and a good pretreatment before membrane. Its investment and operation costs were lower, so it will have wide prospect for application.
