摘 要:针对二级处理后达标排放的印染废水,采用纳滤膜技术深度处理回用,研究了纳滤膜去除污染物的影响因素及最佳操作条件。结果表明,当纳滤膜的运行压力为0.65 MPa,回流率为1.5,运行周期为25 d,纳滤膜对色度、COD、TDS的平均去除率分别达到91.5%、93.8%、96.2%;出水色度小于4倍,COD为8 mg·L-1,TDS质量浓度为100 mg·L-1,出水水质满足某印染厂用水水质要求,成本仅为2.63元.t-1,该技术具有良好的市场应用前景。Nanofiltration membrane technology is adopted as the reclamation of dying and printing wastewater which has been treated by A/O system to the discharge standard. In this article, the influence factors and the best operating conditions about removal rate of pollutants by NF are studyed; the experiment results show that NF has a high removal rate of color,COD,TDS which reach to 91.5% ,93.8% ,96.2%, color is less than 4 NTU,COD〈8 mg·L^-1 ρ(TDS)〈 100 mg·L^-1, as the operating pressure,the rate ofbaekflow and operating cycle are 0.65 MPa,25 d, 1.5 respectively,the quality of effluent could meet the require ofpinting industry, the cost is just 2.63 yuan·t^-1 the NF technology has a bright application prospect.
