摘  要:独立学院人才培养应贯彻"因材施教,扬长避短,学以致用"的方针,总体目标是"全面发展,突出专长,强化实践,着重应用",核心要求是"基本理论适用,基本技能过硬",基本方案是实施"5+1+2"模式。树立让学生学会而不是教师"教会"的教学理念,强化从实践中学习的理念,突出工程实践能力培养;删、减、增、并,调整必修课和理论课,增加选修课,优化课程体系,为实践教学腾出时间和空间。按专业方向制定培养计划,工程实践中应加强安全管理和实践教学质量管理,加大实践教学投入,加强工程实践基地建设,实施预就业策略。The talent training policy-teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and studying for the purpose of application-should be carried out for applied talents training in independent college.The total goal is all-round development,highlighting the expertise,strengthening practice,focusing on the application.The core requirements are that basic theory should serve the turn and basic skills should be super excellence.The scheme is executing "5+1+2" mode,which means 5 terms for classroom teaching,1 term for practical teaching in school,and 2 terms for practical teaching out of school.With this mode,practical teaching should be strengthened and engineering application should be reinforced.The innovative logos-learning from studying instead of learning from teaching-should be set up.Many ways should be applied to guarantee practical teaching time including adjusting required course and theory course,adding elective course.The training plan should be drawn up according to different professional direction.The input for practice teaching should be increased and engineering practice bases building should be strengthened.Safety managing and teaching quality managing should be reinforced during practical teaching out of school.Moreover,pre-employment strategy should be executed in this mode.
